You can return an item purchased at Luxuca.com for store credit, within 7 days of delivery. 

If you wish to return a purchase, please contact customer care at service@luxuca.com. We will help arrange a return in the fastest and safest way possible. Once the return is delivered, a store credit for the full amount minus original shipping and a $10 handling fee will processed within 3 business days. Your credit will be emailed to you as a gift card without expiry, redeemable on any future purchase.

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, and will be treated under the terms of this return policy. Items indicated as final sale or no returns in the description are not returnable. All items are backed by our Authenticity Guarantee, therefore any counter claim regarding authenticity must be accompanied by a letter from a qualified independent authentication specialist.
